Fuel Injection

g.     Fan is inspected for cracks or damage around the pulley area, pulleys inspected for cracks or inner part wobbles, straps and hardware are inspected, cleaned installed and adjusted unto rebuilt 911 motor.

h.     Fan housing inspected for cracks then painted either Red, Blue or Orange then installed unto the rebuilt 911 motor.

i.      Clutch disc, pressure plate and T-O bearing inspected, Pressure plate is checked for warpage and clutch disc wear surface is measured for tolerance.cleaned   and installed unto the rebuilt 911 motor.

j.       Alternator, fan ring and inner air duct inspected for damage or bearing wear, cleaned, painted and installed unto Porsche 911 motor.

k.  Motor mount and brace inspected for cracks, cleaned, painted black satin and installed unto Porsche 911 motor.

l.   All oil lines and hoses inspected for damage, cracks or age, cleaned and installed unto the rebuilt 911 motor.

m. Coil, bracket and plate inspected, cleaned and installed into rebuilt 911 motor.

n.   All air hoses removed and replaced with clamps.

o.   If A/C installed all A/C brackets and plates inspected, cleaned and installed unto rebuilt 911 motor.

p.   If Smog parts installed all smog parts inspected,cleaned, bearings tested and installed unto rebuilt 911 motor.

q.   All loose 6mm and 8mm nuts replaced with new 6mm and 8mm locking nylock nuts.

r.    All loose 6mm and 8mm washers replaced with new 6mm and 8mm wavy, crush and flat washers.
